In a bid of reaching a better life, hundreds of Moroccan kids sneak everyday into Melilla, a Spanish enclave in the north of Morocco. This minors normally live as homeless. Most of them refuse to be located in state-run shelters due to the mounting complains of abuse occurring in these centres. This story is about Said, a Moroccan deaf boy stuck in this Spanish portion of Africa. Awed by the ephemeral sense of prosperity that Europe transmits, he tries to jump as stowaway into one of the many boats that connects Melilla and the Spanish peninsula with the goal of encountering with a brother living in Germany.
